مركز التطوير والتدريب المهني بجامعة الأمير سلطان هو جهة متخصصة تُعنى بتأهيل الطلبة والخريجين، ودعم المواهب، من خلال تقديم منظومة متكاملة من الإرشاد المهني، والتجارب التطبيقية، وبناء الشراكات الفاعلة مع الجهات والخبراء في مختلف المجالات، بما يسهم في تعزيز الجاهزية المهنية ورفع التنافسية في سوق العمل
كما يقدّم المركز رحلة تطوير متكاملة للمستفيد تبدأ من اكتشاف القدرات والمهارات، مرورًا ببناء المهارات والتطوير العملي، وصولًا إلى الربط بالفرص المهنية والتطوير المستمر، بما يمكّن الطلبة والخريجين من بناء مسارات مهنية ناجحة وواثقة
ويعمل المركز على تقديم خدمات الإرشاد المهني، وخدمات الخريجين، ودعم المواهب، إلى جانب توفير بيئة مرنة لإقامة الدورات وورش العمل المتخصصة، وبناء شراكات مهنية تسهم في تطوير المهارات المستقبلية والمهارات الناعمة بما يتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل وتوجهات رؤية السعودية 2030
أوقات المواعيد:
يقدم المركز خدماته حضورياً و عن بُعد خلال أيام الأسبوع، من الساعة ٨:٣٠ صباحاً وحتى ٢:٠٠ مساءً، وذلك لدعم الطلبة والخريجين وتمكينهم من الاستفادة من البرامج والخدمات المتاحة

تُقدَّم خدمات المركز من خلال كوادر متخصصة وفق تنظيم يراعي شطري الطلاب والطالبات، بما يضمن جودة تقديم الخدمات التدريبية والإرشادية. وعند حجز الموعد، يُرجى اختيار مقدم الخدمة المناسب، بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة المعتمدة في الجامعة، لضمان تجربة مهنية منظمة وفعّالة
Who Are We?
The Center for Professional Development and Training at Prince Sultan University is a specialized center dedicated to preparing students and graduates, supporting talents, and providing an integrated ecosystem of career guidance, practical experiences, and strategic partnerships with experts and organizations across various fields. The center aims to enhance professional readiness and increase competitiveness in the job market
The center also provides a comprehensive development journey for beneficiaries, starting from discovering talents and skills, followed by skill-building and practical development, and ultimately connecting individuals with professional opportunities and continuous growth pathways. This enables students and graduates to build confident and successful career paths
In addition, the center offers career guidance services, alumni services, and talent support, while providing a flexible environment for specialized training courses and workshops. The center also builds professional partnerships that contribute to developing future skills and soft skills in alignment with labor market needs and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030
Appointment Hours:
The Center offers its services both in-person and remotely throughout the week, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, to support students and alumni and enable them to benefit from the available programs and services.

Services are delivered by specialized staff within an organized structure that accommodates both male and female sections, ensuring the quality of training and advisory services. When booking an appointment, please ensure selecting the appropriate service provider in accordance with the University’s approved regulations, to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
